Love reading these updates … they continue to give us the courage to step outside our comfort zone, which sadly at the moment we seem to wear a little too much …
Thanks both. Little by little you can extend the comfort zone. No rush! Maybe give Morocco a try if you’re in southern Europe? It’s stunning, friendly and easy for driving and camping. Happy travels.
I asked for a map and now you have a flashy graphic! Very posh ! Glad Jeremy is well enough to shout in French! Just one question- are esims like Saily any use to you - I see it has offers in some but not all countries on your trek ? Enjoy your UK trip x
I just had to deliver Gary! Even if it took a while. I did look into eSims but they don’t seem consistent enough and are relatively expensive. Local SIMs are a slight pain to purchase at first but they are a better and cheaper option overall. Love from here x
Hello Jeremy and Paula, I hope you guys are well and you're enjoying your time back in Europe. You are not far away from us as we are in The Hague. I have a question for you. Do you record your tracks as a GPX file or anything like that? Karen and I are looking to do the same journey as you are in the near future. And my last question is, are you going to write a book about this amazing journey!
Hi both, great to hear you are planning to go further south!
We don’t record our tracks because basically we couldn’t be bothered to work it all out nor to have to be consistent about it! 🤪
As for the book, well… we’ll see. It’s not in the plan but you never know. Loads of work for very little money, and we still have part-time jobs at the moment. Maybe when I retire! 📖
Great! Keep them coming! When are you going back to Ghana? Ae you around in GB, Belgium, France, wherever in the coming weeks/months? Take care, Jeff x x
Jeremy yelling in French does sound like fun. Which makes one wonder, in how many languages can you two curse someone out? :-)
Haha! I can make a reasonable stab at some Spanish swearing. And Glaswegian obviously - arguably the world experts at cursing. 🤬😆
Love reading about all your adventures Paula. And you write them so well xxx
Thanks Pam! I always appreciate getting nice feedback from the ed 🤓😍
